Stretches for Better Flexibility... and more Zzzs!

Stretching before bed has so many benefits! It relaxes your mind and muscles, so incorporate some stretching into your nighttime routine. Here's are the stretches I like to do before bed... they also helped me get my splits!



Remember: be careful and relax. Stretches aren't HIIT workouts! You have to ease into them.
